REPRESENTATIONS TO BOARD:
1. The applicant was the recipient of a special permit from the Board of Appeals on August 6, 1998.
2. The applicant’s representative, Attorney Robert Looney of Geogan & Geogan of Rockland, requested that the permit be amended to allow the relocation of the proposed single family.
3. Looney said the house, which is replacing an existing trailer, had to be moved from the location on the plan approved at the August 6, 1998 hearing because the septic system had to be relocated.
4. The Board determined that the proposed relocation of the house would not be significantly more intrusive on the neighborhood.
With regard to the Special Permit the Board took into consideration each of the following:
a) Social, economic, or community needs which are served by the proposal;
b) Traffic flow and safety;
c) Adequacy of utilities and other public services;
d) Neighborhood character and social structures;
e) Impacts of the natural environment;
e) Potential fiscal impact.
DECISION:
The Application for a Special Permit is granted, subject to the following conditions:
1. Applicant shall obtain all necessary permits from all other Boards in the Town of Hanson;
2. The project shall be constructed in conformity with the plan dated October 20, 1998 and filed with this board with the amended petition; and
